Unable to release domain

    Hi

    I have been trying for some time now to get my domain released.
    To no avail

    The response is appalling.

    I need my domain mzansikool.com to be released URGENTLY

    Of what domain are you speaking?

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any domain from us.

    If you bought a domain using a different account which you’ve since cancelled, we might still be able to restore the domain, but we can only do so at the request of the account that used to own it.

    But there is no way for us to manually release a cancelled domain. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all.
