Unable to remove plugin, help?

Hi all. I just installed a plugin called wp-redditjs, or Reddit Embed. The plugin immediately broke my site and now I can’t even remove said plugin in order to fix the problem. I’m using the Premium plan, so I guess I can’t revert to an older backup of my site either?
If I understand correctly, I need to upgrade to Business plan to gain this function but then I’d be locked into that plan for a year, and I’d rather not pay that amount of money just to fix something that should be fixable without it.Navigating around the dashboard is also a no go. Can’t access the installed plugins or anything, only when I go through my wordpress account > manage sites etc and from there it just says:
Failed to remove plugin
And this is the error message I get if I try to do anything on my wp-admin dash.
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Appreciate all the help I can get! Seriously don’t know what to do, I’m heartbroken if I’ve seriously lost all my posts.

plus:

I haven’t gotten any e-mails. This was two hours ago.
When I go through My WordPress Account and try to remove the plugin from there it just says
Failed to remove plugin
Appreciate all the help I can get!
Seriously don’t know what to do, I’m heartbroken if I’ve seriously lost all my reviews.
