Unable to resend ICANN verification email.

  I want to make my primary domain “mookiniheiau.com” and in this process, I changed the registered email after finding out that the previously registered email was not correct. It may be because it took time for me to find out this mistake or because I had verification email sent to wrong one so many times, I am now getting a message “Unable to resend ICANN verification email.” Can I find help…?
