Unable to save a post draft

  I’ve tried to save a new post draft a few times yesterday and today to no avail. I’d written the post in MS Word, pasted into a new post in WordPress, hit Save Draft, and waited… and waited. The site’s status is stuck on ‘Saving.’ It’s not terribly long (1,500 words) and there are just a few links included (no other media). I confirmed that there are currently no reported WordPress outages. Any suggestions?

  Hi there,

  I see that you have several sites under your account, including a self-hosted site connected via Jetpack. Which site is having this issue?

  I would copy the content and paste it in a text editor to be on the safe side, clear the cache of the browser you are using, close and reopen the browser, and try to save the post again.
