Unable to select an old deleted wordpress domain

  Hi I’m trying to create a site with a wordpress domain that isn’t currently being used but was previously deleted by the old owner at some point in the past, but I am unable to use it. Is there any way to unlock it?

  Addresses that end in .wordpress.com and were deleted more than 30 days ago cannot be recovered by anyone ever I’m afraid. Perhaps you can find a similar free address to use, such as the new domain .home.blog and similar https://home.blog/
