Unable to sign into website editor

  For the past few months I have been unable to sign into the website editor with ‘/wp-login’ and other variations at the end of the URL. I’m not sure if I need some sort of digital cert for a new laptop or if I’m entering the wrong text at the end of the URL.
  Any help would be appreciated

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help, or contact your hosting provider directly if it’s a login issue:

  You should be able to sign into the dashboard using either /wp-admin or /wp-login.php, unless you used a plugin or made modifications to your site’s source files to change the default location of those pages.
