Unable to sign up with my Gmail address

  Hello,

  I’m trying to create a Gravatar/WordPress.com account using my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I’m unable to sign up.

  I receive the following error message:

  “You cannot use that email address to signup. We are having problems with them blocking some of our email. Please use another email provider.”

  This issue only affects this email address. I have successfully created accounts using other Gmail addresses, so it doesn’t seem to be a general Gmail issue.

  Could you please check whether there is a block or restriction on this email address and help me resolve it?

  It’s a well-known issue Gmail is blocking emails from wordpress.com. To avoid problems, you better a new email address somewhere else. There are more than enough providers that offer a free email address.
