Unable to subscribe to a monthly payment plan

    Good day! I am contacting you from Saudi Arabia. I am currently encountering a problem with WordPress. I wanted to subscribe to a premium to be payed monthly. Unfortunately after numerous tries I was still unable to pay thru my valid card. Is it possible the problem was on their side? I already used different cards with the same problem. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
