Unable to update contact information

  Hello,

  I have lost access to my domain because an ICANN email was sent to an address I no longer have access to (I wasn’t aware that address was listed in my contact information).

  When I try to change my contact info to my new email address, I get this error: “Unable to update WHOIS details.”

  Can you please help me update my contact information so I can approve the ICANN request and get my site back online?
