Unable to upgrade to Premium

  Hi!. I am unable to upgrade to premium plan with any valid VISA debit / credit card from India. I tried a couple of them and it always says transaction declined. What is the issue?

  Hi there,

  There was an ISP lock in India a few days ago which may have caused the issue you were having with purchasing the upgrade. The block has now been lifted, so you should now be okay. Try the purchase again and let me know if you have any trouble. Thanks!

  I tried the purchase again today with a VISA card from Riyad Bank. It did’nt get through due insufficient balance perhaps, and now purchases are blocked. Please help
