unable to upload a purchased theme(Wootheme)

  I am unable to install a wootheme(the station) on my blog, as the feature “upload themes” is not available after clicking on “Appearance” and on themes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Because of the way WordPress.com’s technical infrastructure is designed, we are not able to support uploading of custom WordPress themes on our service.
