Unable to upload theme- Blank Error Messages

  When I try to upload a theme, There are blank message boxes and directions to contact support. I cannot upload a theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi vitaroyal,

  Third party themes are only supported on the Business plan. You are currently using the Free plan so would need to upgrade in order to upload a theme purchased from somewhere else.

  Please let me know if you have any questions.

  Thank you for the explanation! However, the free theme’s provided through WordPress gave me the same error. I will try again and circle back if I see the same problem.

  Thanks! I am trying to activate Independent Publisher 2. Here is the most recent issue I came across:

  When i try to select “theme options” in the left hand panel, I only get an option to add my email to set a gravatar.

  I am not able to browse any themes/ change or select a new one.

  Are you able to activate Independent Publisher 2 from My Sites > Themes? This link will take you straight through to that theme:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/vitaroyal.wordpress.com?s=Independent+Publisher+2

  Please let me know if that doesn’t work and I will give it a try.
