Unable to use fusion builder after wordpress update

The latest wordpress update has resulted in only wordpress content builder working to build page content rather than the fusion plug I usually use. I have spoken with the plug in provider and they stated to contact yourselves as the issue is as a result of a wordpress update. I have tried switching the default switch off but it makes no difference.
