Unable to use Recovery Form for my circumstances

  I do have a self hosted wordpress. However, i used to have a Gravatar account, meaning that i do have a connection to WordPress.com through Gravatar. Funny thing is that i am unable to log in Gravatar anymore. I do have access to my email, i know my password. However, it always asks me to authenticate with SMS, which i do not have access to my old phone number. Or it asks back up codes, which i do not have access.

  Funnier thing starts at this point. This situation forwards me to account back up form. This form does not allow you to send a form if you have a self hosted account, because it says look you do not have a webpage with us. However i need help for gravatar.

  It also asks you proof, which you can provide proof if you hosted your website through wordpress.com.

  When i blank the website part, form does not let me send it. When i put my website, it says i cannot send it because it is a self hosted account.

  More funnily, when i put my current email adress, it says i cannot send it aswell because if i have access to my email, i should be just resetting my password. But i already know my password.

  So, this recovery form is completely useless. There is no way to reach for human support. How i can access to this gravatar?
