unable to use the wordpress app or it wont work

    I have an account with Verizon Small business portal I tried to upgrade my web site using WordPress it asked me to sink my data after that error message and can not open my site, I am concern that if I switch to WordPress hosting that I will lose my e mail and contact list on the Verizon Business portal
