Unable to Validate Rich Pins

  • Unknown's avatar

I recently started my own blog and I’m finally ready to start pinning and driving traffic. I wanted to get started with rich pins but unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful.
Most of the articles I have read tell me to turn on the ‘advanced settings’ option in the Yoast SEO plugin. However, Yoast has recently removed that setting.
In the new version, I’ve read that I just need to enable the ‘open graph’ setting and everything should be fine. I have done that but Pinterest still cannot validate the URL that I post.
I tried reaching out to Yoast SEO support but they said that I can’t get customer support since I do not have the premium version (which I can’t afford right now).
I know this is a long shot, but I’m pretty desperate for help. Do you have any advice?

Thank you so so much in advance!
