  Your site, https://deborahlola.wordpress.com/, appears fine to me.

  The “Powered by WordPress” text is the default on self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Are you perhaps speaking of a self-hosted site? If that’s the case, you’ll need to post in the WordPress.org forums for help with this, as the users there will know how to troubleshoot this kind of problem on that version of WordPress.
