Unable to view the website after updated into latest version

  Hi Admin,

  I’m admin for our 7Academy and we using WordPress almost 3 years.
  After updated our version to the latest, eventually unable to view the website.
  We need your help to investigate or suggestions regarding our problem.

  I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
