Unable to view upgrades “You don’t have access to this site”

  I’m unable to view the upgrades page on the main dashboard after my bank flagged the annual commercial payment as fraud. I’ve since let them know it was fine but the payment didn’t go through and it seems like I’ve lost a lot of access to various parts of the dashboard/settings and I’m unable to pay or fix anything. The home page is also gone. Both saying “You don’t have access to this site”. I’m also unable to see my purchase history and the domain that I paid for.
