  I cannot find any direct number to contact WordPress regarding an authorized debit. I do not have a paid subscription and need to speak to someone. Does anyone have a phone number?

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership we’ll need to find out information about the charge. Do you happen to have any information in regards to the charge? The URL that the charge is connected with? You can go to http://wpchrg.com and enter your credit card information to find out about the charges incurred to your account.

  Once we find out about the charge and verify ownership, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
