Unauthorised annual auto renewral

  I did not authorise worldpress to renew my annual subscription of the service, however it happned on 30/07/2014, through Paypal. Please reverse the full payment that you had already made without my consent on 30/07/14 immediately. And I decided to cease continuing with wordpress after the expiration of my current subscription on 30th of Auguest.

  Hi there,

  Please note that whenever you purchase an upgrade at WordPress.com, we do confirm that there’s an automatic renewal unless you opt out:

  1) in section 3 of our Terms of Service

  2) the Store checkout screen (before they click Purchase).

  However, I’d be happy to cancel the auto-renewal and provide you a full refund. But, beforehand I just want to confirm a few things because you have a domain bundled into your Premium upgrade. Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:

  1) I can refund your entire Premium purchase, including your domain betterfxrate.com. This will lead to a total refund of $99. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like a complete refund, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing betterfxrate.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.

  2) If you want to keep your domain, I can refund your Premium purchase, less the domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of $73. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, betterfxrate.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.
