Unauthorised automatic payment for a site that has been closed

  I received a receipt for a payment made through paypal. However I did not authorise this payment I do not have any website with wordpress. Who can I speak to about this?

  If that charge was made by WordPress, you can check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can use the contactform on that page to contact the Billing Team.
