  Please show me where I have given permission for unlimited membership to wordpress. I see there’s deductions and I only remember a once off payment agreement! I am so upset with wordpress. I didn’t even know about your auto renewal!! Where did I agree for an auto renewal?! Paypal is my only income and you took it all! I am so upset!!!!

  If you’ve bought an upgrade plan on WordPress.com, you agreed to auto-renewal when you accepted our terms of service and our renewal terms during the checkout process:

  I see you have since filed a chargeback against us, and closed your account, making it impossible for us to either refund you or help you resolve this.
