  I recently got charged for a renewal but I didn’t want that to be done. I want to know how I can have that charge removed

  I see you also opened a dispute against us with your bank. That has already been closed in our favour.

  We are now able to refund you, but I first need to confirm that you’re completely sure you want to cancel the domain, destinedtowrite.com. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

  Once you confirm we can start the process on our end.
