unauthorized billing

    Hello,

    It says here on my purchase statement that I was charged $13 for domain mapping on July 8th 2018. I did not make this purchase, also the website that it was charged for does not exist. On my paypal statement WordPress charged me $35.88 for ‘online services’ and that it was a ‘pre approved payment’. I assure you I also did not make this purchase. As you can see by looking into my account, I am not even using my blog at the moment. Please help me to rectify this issue and retrieve my $48.88. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any recent charges for the account you’re using to post here, and this account does not own any sites or upgrades with WordPress.com.

    This means the charge was for a site in a different account. Do you own any domains or WordPress.com sites, and/or do you have any other email addresses that might have been used to create a WordPress.com account at some point?
