Unauthorized charge

    I was attempting to upgrade a new site I was creating, but mid way through the process I decided to wait until I had finished building it. I clicked out of the upgrade, received an email saying “Opps you didn’t finish upgrading” but somehow a charge was put on my card. Who can I talk to to clear this up?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any charges ever made to the account you’re using to contact us and the site under that account (spiritualitybeyondborders.wordpress.com) has no content.

    Can you please let me know the address of the site you’re working on and also use the following tool to check if the charge made to your card is from WordPress.com?
