Unauthorized Charge

  Hi, my credit card statement has shown that there is a bill from WPCHRG.COM for USD$299.00. I realized this is the renewed upgrade at the end of the free trial. I have already cancel that upgrade from my account. I want to know can I get the full refund, because I never use the website or any plan and I don’t know it will automatically upgrade.
  Please help me check on this. Thank you so much.

  I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
