Unauthorized charge. Who can I contact to reverse the charge?

  I did not authorize an automatic domain renewal and had previously disabled this feature on your site. Who can I contact to reverse this charge? My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my number is [removed]. I already spoke to my bank and will be filing a dispute if I cannot resolve it with your company.

  Hi, I just refunded the charge for you. If you like I can also cancel your queesunforeclosure.com domain name. This will send the domain back to the registry so you may not be able to register it again.
