Unauthorized creation of a blog with my information

  Today I received and email when wordpress inform me about somebody is following a blog that supposedly I created (https://dlw4ram.wordpress.com/)
  I have not created any blog in WordPress.
  w4ram are my FCC callsign
  dlw4ram corresponds to my callsign used in Germany.

  Can somebody assist with what I need to do to properly report this issue?
