Unauthorized links on website?

How do I eliminate unauthorized keyword links on my website? Example: on the keyword health there is a link to Liberty Mutual insurance co. Unauthorized by me!

Where do you see these? Please provide a post or page URL where you see such “keyword links.” If they are tags or categories you may delete them at Posts > Tags or Posts > Categories, respectively.

That is being caused by a browser addon or extension. It is not being caused by WordPress.COM. You have an issue on your browser or computer. The links are being placed there by software on your own computer, unfortunately. These links are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
