  Hi there,

  The only charges I see on this account are for a Personal Plan and domain which you bought on 29 October. You cancelled that purchase on the same day and we issued a refund for the full payment amount. You can view receipts for both the purchase and the refund here:

  If you’re seeing another WordPress transaction on your bank statement, it is not for the account you’re using to post here. Do you have any other accounts or sites on WordPress.com?
