unauthorized use of WP web domain

  Hi. I am the owner of a company where someone is using my company’s name as a registered domain without my authorization. I want the site taken down. How will WP be addressing the issue of contacting the current unauthorized user of the domain to let them know they must relinquish the website? How will WP contact me to let me know?
