Hello,
I picked and activated a theme, but when I click to customize it shows me this message‘Unauthorized. You may remove the customize_messenger_channel param to preview as frontend.’
How do I fix this so I can see the css and the theme entirely intact to my website?

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or contact support for the specific theme you’re using directly.

The site I am working on is smilecareproducts.com
I use DigitalOcean as my hosting and installed WordPress
with their One-Click application process.The issue I am having is when I am on the wordpress dashboard after
accessing through my ip addres/wp-admin/
I choose a theme which gets “activated”, but when I click to “customize”
the customization area shows the message‘Unauthorized. You may remove the customize_messenger_channel param to preview as frontend.’
I have the “Jetpack by WordPress” plugin installed.
