are either of these websites built using a wordpress theme .if so can we purchase them?like them both but not sure if they are sold as a sample or not to be used etc .they quite suit the set up im looking for

Hi there, Do you mean the theme in use on the WordPress.com blog at en.blog.wordpress.com? If so that theme is not for sale or available for free. As far as the theme on unbounce you’d need to inquire with them.
What site are you working on? You haven’t mentioned whether your site is hosted here on WordPressdotcom or is using the open source WordPress software.

i am hosting on wordpress when i find the theme and i like the way the unbounce and the actual wordpress websites are laid out.i hoped they were designed on one of the word press themes.
im a individual looking to build a social enterprise and i saw the layout of these and wondered if because they wereboth related in someway to wordpress.com that they maybe avaiable as a theme for redesignhope that makes things clearer
