Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'next' of undefined

  I am getting this error on console of browser ‘Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘next’ of undefined’ when i am trying to add image or media in post. I am not able to add media in posts.

  Please provide solution as soon as possible
