‘Undefined’ Guest on WP Live Chat – and guests not showing up.

  I’m so confused. When I downloaded the plugins for this earlier it was working perfectly. Now all it does is notify me of people on the website or people trying to talk to me and nothing shows up apart from this one ‘guest’ who doesn’t even exist. Help!

  What site are you working on?

  If you’ve made any recent changes or updates I would revert those to see if the plugin starts functioning again. it sounds like something is running interference.
