Unexpected change in my site menus.

Hey guys so when i logged into my WP admin today i noticed that the menus on my home page and the rest of my site had changed considerably. The funny thing is that just last night i uploaded a new blog post and when i checked to make sure everything looked fine the menus were ok. I honestly have no clue what could have cause this because i made no changes to my settings or anything else. Could someone help me out please. (I checked for recent updates in my plugins that might have happened overnight but the only one that updated was google analytics for WP by monsterinsights)
