Unexpected Errors

  Hi,

  I just tried to log into my WordPress account and I keep getting ‘we’re sorry but an unexpected error has occurred.’ I can’t log into anything or access any ability to post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Have you tried accessing your account under a different browser or after clearing your cache? Please try both/either of those options and see if you can access your account.

  Actually, no it didn’t. It lets me sign into my free sites, but my one paid site is still unaccessible.

  Hi there,

  Is brokegirlrich.com the one paid site that you are referring to? If so, that is a self-hosted site and it is not hosted with us here, but just connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack. How are you trying to log in? Through the wp-admin dashboard?
