Unexpected payment. Please explain.

    Hi there,

    We stopped webhosting over 12 months ago.

    Please can you explain what the below charge is for, how we can cancel all ongoing charges, and how we can receive a refund?

    Hi exampleweb11,

    This payment is for a WooCommerce extension called Realex HPP. If you haven’t already done so, please open a ticket from the dashboard in your WooCommerce account:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/tickets/

    You will need to login using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. WooCommerce should be able to help you remove any upgrades once you’ve opened a new ticket there.

    It’s best not to share personal information like transaction ID’s in a public place, so I’ve removed that information from this thread.
