Unexpected renewal charge

    Hi, I received a notice email about my premium account renewal ($99), but I’ve already cancelled it online so I can’t be charged for this. Why did this happen, and why do I have to pay for it?

    Hi there,

    That email was already set to be sent out to you before you canceled your account – so it should not have been sent to you because I checked your account and everything is canceled properly – you will not be charged for the upgrade. Apologize for the confusion.
