Unexpected response from the server

  I am trying to upload mp4 files and I keep getting this error… unexpected response from the server, The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the media file or reload the page. But it’s never there. I found that deleting some videos that aren’t being used helps, but I have no more videos that I’m not using.

  I don’t think your site is hosted with us at WordPress.com based on the error that you’ve described. Please share the site URL so we can point you in the right direction for some help.

  If the site is set up on the open source WordPress.org software then you would go to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for help with that. Or, you can always contact the hosting provider.
