Unhappy

    I am unhappy that I owned a wordpress site for many years with no issues. They today I went onto the site as the administrator. The site asked me to update all the plug ins, which I did. I thought I was being co-operative and helpful to word press, and that doing what they asked would improve the site in some way. No so! As soon as I clicked on a button to renew the plug ins, the site crashed and would not start up again. Then I get an email from Word Press saying ‘This would never have happened if we had been managing your site. If you pay us to manage your site, we will fix the problem with your site.’ Hard to believe, but true. I feel tricked by WordPress that they have been incredibly unethical the way they have dealt with this situation.
