Unknow Transaction

    Hello,

    I am having the hardest time tracking where a charge from WordPress came from. The AI agent has no answers, and the “Account Recovery Form” does not help in my situation.

    I do not have the URL, email, or any of the information associated with the charge.

    The WordPress site to look up billing is also not giving me any results.

    I do have the transaction ID:

    EAAVQ2V49 *WORDPRESS 8772733049 CA

    Transaction date:06/29/2026

    I need to connect with a real person who can help me understand the reason for the charge. Maybe then, I can find some of the information as to the reason for the charge. So I can cancel this service.
