Unknown account information

I’m the new pastor of a church that no one has the information for this account. The site is cbcsouthbridge.org. I’ve reached out to the previous pastor who stated they do not have any of the information either. So, I’m stuck with a website that has information that is outdated with no way to get into the account to make changes and update it. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

WordPress.com has a very strict policy regarding ownership. You have to proof you are the rightfull owner one way or another.
As you have a paid plan, you must use the transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site. You find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/verify-ownership/#transaction-id
