Unknown article on my page

  I created a page but i see a post under the same page that says Welcome to the journey…its under my screen name…why is it and how can i remove it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s a post that comes with every new site. You can remove it from your posts yourself.
