Unknown charge on my credit card

    I was charged $200 and did not request an upgrade. I used what I thought was a free new theme. Please explain the charge and/or provide a refund.

    Any upgrades are found at:
    Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    I checked your WordPress.com account mts1521 and there are no charges linked to that account. However, I see that you also contacted our support team using the contact form here:

    Our team is investigating to see if that charge is related to another service (such as Polldaddy, VaultPress, or Akismet) and we will contact you via email as soon as we have more details about that!
