    I would like to know what the transaction is for

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here is less than a day old and has never bought anything nor provided any payment information to us, so we have no way to know what transaction you’re speaking of.

You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
