  I want to unlink http://fmcollective.com from my wordpress.com account, it is a self-hosted word press account.

  Is that site going to continue, and are you using Akismet or the blog stats or jetpack plugins on that self-hosted site?

  If you are not using Akismet, blog stats or jetpack, then you can have it removed by staff here. The support contact form will be open again on Tuesday and then go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ , search for anything, scroll down and click “no” and the form will appear.
