unlink a self hosted blog

  Hi there!
  I need help unlinking a former blog of mine that no longer exists (http://dorkboycomics.com/skully/www) from this account (dorkboycomics.wordpress.com) – it is in a subfolder of my primary website, and I think it is preventing me from seeing/linking my main domain(dorkboycomics.com ) into jetpack or see it in linked blogs.
