Unlink (now deleted) self hosted blog from account

  Hi
  I used to have a self hosted blog indymash.org.uk -that has now been deleted. It was linked to my WordPress account and still shows on my linked blogs. Is there any way to remove it from my account as obviously I can’t access the blog through the sites control panel. Thanks
